How do I sign in?
If you have a paid subscription account with Anesthesia HQ, you can sign in at www.anesthesiahq.com.

How do I change my username and password?
You can update your user profile after you sign in to your account.

I forgot my username and password.  Can you email it to me?
If you forget your user name and/or password, submit a request to us, and we will forward it to you.  Please allow approximately 24 hours for this request. You may be asked to create a new username and/or password.

When does my subscription end?
The days remaining on your subscription is shown on the right upper hand corner of the myAnesthesiaHQ page. If you want to extend your subscription, purchase the online exam subscription.

How do I update my account information?
You may update your account information by logging in and clicking the "Edit Profile" to update your information.

Can I access my subscription from two different computers at the same time?
You are limited to one sign-in. Attempts for multiple sign-in may lead to termination of your paid account; you will not receive a refund for unused portion of your subscription. You should never share your user name or password with anyone.

How can I sign up to receive email updates?
You can use our email sign-up form at www.anesthesiahq.com/email.  By submitting your email, you have read and agree with our Privacy and Terms of Use policies.

How can I remove myself from your email list?
You can unsubscribe to our email list at any time by submitting a request via email. In the subject line of your email, please type "Request for Removal from Email List".

Product and Billing Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We do not accept personal checks. All of our transactions are completed via PayPal merchant services. All products, services, and subscriptions are "as is" basis and are final. There are no warranties, written or implied.

What does my membership to Anesthesia HQ give me?
The online exam subscription provides you with access to the online exam component of our web site.  Create customized practice exams:  simulated exam mode, timed mode, tutor mode, incorrect questions only, unused questions only, all questions, select specific topics and subspecialties. You can keep track of number of questions completed from the AHQ Bank. The AHQ Bank exam categories are similar to the ABA In-Service, ABA Board Certification, and Recertification exams. From time to time, you will be be notified of updates and new products and services from Anesthesia HQ.

How much is the online subscription?
From time to time, our online subscription and product prices change. Please go the the product information and purchasing pages of our web site for the most up to date pricing.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but do to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds. Sales on all products, services, and subscriptions are final.

What is your renewal policy?
You can renew your subscription any time. The additional subscription days will be credited to your account and displayed on the myAnesthesiaHQ page.
